Tater Tot Casserole

2 eggs, beaten

2 cups milk

4 cups shredded cheddar or any blend of cheeses

1 lb. cubed ham

½ tsp. black pepper

2 lb. bag tater tots, thawed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 13X9 glass baking dish with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, mix together the first 5 ingredients. Carefully stir in the tater tots until completely coated. Pour mixture into baking dish and bake for about 45 minutes.
