About Me

I live in Eden Prairie, Minnesota with my husband Joel. We have four sons, Jason 28, Jonathan 26, Jacob 23, and Justin 20. Although our sons are spread out all over the country, we make every effort to reunite as often as possible. Planning vacations around college football games is one of our favorite traditions.

I have a Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Nebraska and a Master of Liberal Studies with a concentration on Food and Travel Writing from Arizona State University. So, with my lifelong passion for reading, writing, travel, and of course, food, creating this site seemed very natural. I hope that by sharing my thoughts through this site that you will be not only entertained, but that you will be inspired to reflect on your own thoughts for food.
